What is the HTMA?
The Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis is a functional at-home lab test that uses a small amount of hair to evaluate mineral and heavy metal content. The test provides 3-4 month's worth of cumulative data about what the body is being exposed to and eliminating.
What is the Stress, Mood & Metabolism Test?
As we age, our levels of estradiol, progesterone and testosterone fluctuate which can lead to weight gain, slow our metabolism, and impact fertility. This test measures levels of thyroid, adrenal output, and hormones along with assessing how well your blood sugar levels are being managed and where your vitamin D levels are at for optimal health, longevity & immunity!
What is the Bacteria & Parasite Test?
Using a growth-based culture, the standard of practice in clinical microbiology, as well as sensitive biochemical assays and microscopy, this thorough stool test evaluates the status of beneficial and pathogenic microorganisms including aerobic and anaerobic bacteria, yeast and parasites. Antimicrobial susceptibility testing to prescriptive and natural agents is also performed to look for appropriate bacterial and fungal species.

The Preconception Prep Bundle Can Give Insight Into:
What is the Testing Process?
Once you receive your at-home lab tests, please follow the instructions provided to register your labs. This bundle will require hair, saliva, and stool samples along with a finger prick. Your tests will include detailed instructions on how to obtain your sample(s).
Once sample(s) are received by the lab, it will take approximately 3 weeks for the results to be available for review in order to create your customized report.
Please note that on rare occasions, high volumes at the lab may result in processing delays. Note that if this occurs, we do not have the ability to speed up lab processing.
